Behind the Scenes - Howdy Neighbours banner

When Chuck and Trixie arrive at Robson Arms to take over ownership of the building, they announce their arrival with a banner over the front portico showing the naïve and hopeful Canadian beaver and its paternal, yet menacing eagle guardian. Illustrator Neil Westlake's banner humorously foreshadows changes coming to Robson Arms, and slyly comments on Canadian - American relations. In the rough cut of the episode, the banner appeared only in a wide shot of the building, but later Gary Harvey re-shot a close-up to feature it. Good thing because it is so funny (and clever).
