As the rather shifty new owner of Robson Arms, renowned comedic actor Dave Foley describes Chuck as being somewhat of a scam artist. In fact, he and his wife Trixie definitely have a murky past, which involves illegal activity. Foley claims that playing this character has been a welcome relief. "Chuck is a nasty guy and that's fun because playing nice guys all these years has been really hard."
